Fees & insurance
I am an out of network provider, meaning you are eligible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out of network benefits. Before we begin, I can help you to navigate getting the information you need from your insurance company and can explain how your benefits will work. If you work with me, I will also submit claims to your insurance company so you don’t have to.
When you book a consultation with me, we will discuss fees, payment, and insurance options to ensure you know what to expect and what your out of pocket costs will be.
Sliding scale
My sliding scale slots are reserved for those who identify with certain communities that have been historically underserved and/or actively harmed by mental health services (i.e. BIPOC, trans/gender expansive, disability), and also have limited financial resources. If you pay the full fee, you are helping to support a structure that offers financially accessible therapy to those who use this option. To inquire about sliding scale, book a consultation with me.
